1940s Kleur & Profiel (?): Girl with Huge School Bag

This is a cute and funny little school girl with her braids and thick socks and the large bag. Hand-painted on wood and rare, it might be Kleur en Profiel. That would also explain the spelling mistake on the back, which looks like the German word for hand-painted, but has one letter too many. “Jan Snelten (1909–1976) was the director of nursery decoration ‘Kleur en Profiel’ (Colour and Profile) in Tiel, the Netherlands. This factory was located at the Stationsstraat across the milk factory. The night lamp and coat rack originate from the 1950s.” (Quote from Catawiki)
