KUNSTGEWERBLICHE HANDARBEIT: Auf der Rückseite dieser historischen und meist eher kleinen Märchenholzbilder steht fast immer “Kunstgewerbliche Handarbeit” und eine Motiv-Nummer, die mit “No” abgekürzt ist. Deshalb nenne sie auch die “Unbekannte No-Serie”. Produziert wurde wohl in den 1930er und 1940er Jahren, wobei während des 2. Weltkriegs offenbar auf das Material Pappe umgestiegen wurde; vermutlich war das Holz in der Kriegszeit knapp geworden. Das ging damals vielen Herstellern so. Diese Manufaktur hat auch sehr viele kleine Tischkartenhalter im gleichen Stil hergestellt. Weiß jemand den richtigen Namen des Herstellers? Bitte schreiben Sie mir!

🇬🇧 Kunstgewerbliche Handarbeit: On the back of these historical and mostly rather small Germanwallfigures, they almost always stamped “Kunstgewerbliche Handarbeit”, meaning handmade arts and crafts. And there was a motif number, too, abbreviated to „No.“ That’s why I also call it the “Unknown No Series”. They were probably produced in the 1930s and 1940s, although during World War II, cardboard was apparently used instead of wood, presumably due to the material scarcity during the war time. That happened to other producers, too. This manufacturer also produced many tiny place card stands in the same style. Does anyone know the correct name of the manufacturer? Please write to me! (4/5)
